A complete Statement of Work detailing the approach and environmental considerations to perform all aspects of the requirement identified in the Statement of Work (Attachment: 1. B4793 Capehart Vendor Hood Install - Statement of Need (SON)). 2. This construction project will be conducted at B4793 Beale AFB, CA 3. Compliance with Wage Determination (Attachment: 3. Wage Determination - CA20240007 07_26_2024) 4. The range of magnitude for this requirement is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 5. NAICS Code is 238220. Size standard is $19.0 Million. 6. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. 7. Project base to be completed within 60 calendar days, factoring in 0 weather day delays. 8. Site Visit is scheduled on Tuesday, 27th of August 2024 at 10:00 A.M. PST, meeting up at 9th Contracting office parking lot. Google Maps search of 9 CONS will show meeting destination. In order to gain access to Beale AFB Contractors must complete and return Attachment 4. EAL Template for no more than 3 participants per vendor by noon on the 23rd of August 2024. Access will be permitted through Wheatland Gate upon approval of Security Forces.
