## Description

**Description:** Provide cleaning services on commercial cooking hood and duct systems at the frequencies indicaed in the Performance Work Statement. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation- Commercial Products and Commercial Services outlines the evaluation factors and the items needed to be submitted as part of your quote.

Submit your quote to the Contracting Officer, Katie Moe @ katherine.moe@us.af.mil AND Contract Specialist, SSgt Angeleena Tiaokhiao @ angeleena.tiaokhiao@us.af.mil on or by the date specified in block 8. A site visit will be held for this requirement on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 8:30 AM. Meeting location will be the Bowling Alley (17800 Robert Nicoletti Way, Beale AFB, CA).

Interested vendors who would like to attend the site visit will need to complete and send over a complete Entry Access List (EALs) for the individuals who will be attending. The EAL should be submitted to the CO and CS NO LATER THAN 28 Feb 2024 at 1200PM.

Requests for Information shall be submitted IN WRITING to the POCs mentioned above no later than 12 NOON, 7 March 2024. AMENDMENT 01: The purspose of this amendment is to publish the responses to the RFIs as well as provide photos of the systems outlined in the PWS and an example of the fire department inspection sheet. *AMENDMENT 02: The purpose of this amendment is to update the clause 52.212-2, Evaluation- Commercial Product and Commercial Services, to include updated evaluation criteria.

The due date for this requirement has been pushed to April 2, 2024 at 12PM PST. SEE DOCUMENTS Solicitation Amendment- FA468624Q00060001. Please ensure you throroughly review the solicitation by completing Section B-- Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs with pricing (use whole dollars), along with all provisions as well as review the changes made to clause 52.212-2 to ensure a complete quote is submitted.
