Media Tent: (2) 30’x30’ canopy, walled on 3 sides with 1 entrance slider (1) Fire Extinguisher (1) Exit Sign (1) No Smoking Sign (4) 8’ Rectangular tables with black table cloths (6) 60” Round tables with red, white, blue table cloths (48) White folding chairs for tables (30) White folding chairs for theater seating b. DV Tents: (6) 40’x60’ canopies, each walled on 3 sides (1 long side open) with 1 entrance slider for each.

(4) Flagpoles (4) Fire Extinguishers (4) Exit Signs (4) No Smoking Signs (24) 8’ Rectangular tables with black table cloths (96) 60” Round tables with red, white, blue table cloths (768) White folding chairs for tables (300) White folding chairs for theater seating c. Security Check Tents: (8) 20’x20’ canopies (4) Flagpoles (16) 8’ Rectangular tables with black table cloths (40) White folding chairs d. Food Service Tent: (1) 40’x60’ canopy, walled on 3 sides (1 long side open) with divider to separate kitchen prep area from buffet area.
