This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a further written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to place a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date and prior to any contract award.
