Requirement Overview The contractor shall provide comprehensive, in-person training for Dyess AFB personnel covering the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of installed Monaco Fire Alarm Systems. 3. Rationale for Sole Source Monaco Enterprises, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and the sole owner of the proprietary technical data, software rights, and diagnostic protocols required to perform this training. 4. Statutory Authority This purchase will be made under the authority of RFO 12.102(a) \"Restricting competition\" Notice of Intent to Industry ? This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notice to the Contracting Officer.
