The successful contractors shall provide all necessary equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and labor to perform the installation, maintenance, and sustainment of Honeywell (Vindicator) Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government intends to award an IDIQ contract(s), each with a potential five (5) year ordering period, consisting of a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. Individual Task Orders for specific projects will be competed amongst the IDIQ contract awardees in accordance with the Fair Opportunity procedures detailed in Section H of the contract and RFO 16.507.
