The contractor shall provide a technical specifications sheet for the equipment with their quote (see attached Salient Characteristics for more details) The contractor shall provide contract numbers and relevant data pertaining to previously completed contracts. * The offeror is not required to use Page 3-4 of this RFQ; however, if you choose not to use it, all the information on Page 3-4 must be included in your offer. EVALUATION OF OFFERS: The evaluation for this acquisition will be based on price, technical acceptability, and past performance. An itemized quote, delivery period, and salient characteristics MUST be included with your submission in order to be considered technically acceptable. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
