We are particularly interested in understanding industry pricing structures and obtaining Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates. All interested and qualified sources are encouraged to respond. Please see the attached RFI document, which includes the draft PWS, specific questions for industry, and detailed instructions for submitting a response. All information submitted will be used for planning purposes.
