## Description

Dyess AFB - Abilene, Texas, has a requirement for preventative maintenance of five aircraft air cooling sleds and one liquid cooling sled. Additionally this service will include the removal of current hangar 5110 LCS sled and installation of a new LCS sled, which will be provided by the Government. Lastly, several of the Cooling Air Sleds, as identified in the PWS, are currently only partly operational. Contractor shall repair all equipment to ensure each Cooling Air Sled is fully operational.

**Site Visit:** An optional site visit will be held on 25 Mar 26, at 12:00 P.M. (CST). Please email christian.limtiaco@us.af.mil and taylor.norris@us.af.mil to coordinate attendance. Deadline for receipt of offers: 17 Apr 26, 12:00 p.m. (CST). All quotes shall be emailed christian.limtiaco@us.af.mil and taylor.norris@us.af.mil. Please refer to the attached RFQ and PWS for more detailed information.

**Amendment 1:** Re-attaching RFQ document due to security access issues.

**Amendment 2:** The purpose of this amendment is to post the Q&A document, pictures from the site visit, available as-builts, the revised PWS and revised RFQ. Please review the revised PWS and RFQ, as all changes are notated in red. Additionally, the solicitation close date has been extended to 7 May 26.
