## Description

**Amendment 4:** The purpose of this amendment is to upload corrected version of the RFQ document. The prior version had 12 months for the 6 month extension instead of 6 months.

**Amendment 3:** The purpose of this amendment is to add a corrected version of the RFQ document and extend the solicitation to 27 June 2025 at 10am (CST). The prior version of the RFQ document was missing CLIN 2004.

**Amendment 2:** The purpose of this amendment is to add the updated questions and answers attachment and revise the RFQ to include CLINS for emergency services. The CLINS added for emergency services will be funded for a Not to Exceed value and pricing for emergency orders shall utlize the the applicable CLIN (i.e. building) pricing included in quote submission and subsequent contract award.

AMENDMENT 1

- 1. Added two buildings to the RFQ and PWS document. 2. Renamed items on RFQ document to clarify Grease/Grit Traps. 3. Posted Q&A's and Site Visit Minutes. Additional questions are still being answered, so there will be another amendment posted with that information. 4. Extended solicitation to 20 June 2025. 7 CES has a requirement for grease traps cleaning services.

This includes seven buildings - standard preventative cleaning must be accomplished in accordance with the PWS, services summary, and comply with Texas state and local laws to ensure the safety of personnel. The contractor shall remove and properly dispose of non-hazardous waste, grease and sludge. Clean all systems and fill with clean water as required, and document all safety hazards on all traps during inspections. Service is expected to be completed 100% on time with one discrepancy allowed per year.

Descrepancies will have an unfavorable impact on yearly evaluations. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, parts and labor necessary to clean outside/inside underground gravity grease traps containing congealed kitchen waste located on Dyess AFB, Abilene, TX. This service shall conform to all of the requirement set forth in the performance work statement.

All work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions, and commercial practices. Policies and guidance are subject to change.

**Expected Period of Performance:** 1 Jul 2025 – 30 Jun 2026 1 Jul 2026 – 30 Jun 2027 1 Jul 2027 – 30 Jun 2028 1 Jul 2028 – 30 Jun 2029 1 Jul 2029 – 30 Jun 2030 6 month extension 1 Jul 2030 – 31 Dec 2030 An optional site visit will be held 12 Jun 25.
