## Description

**Amendment 3:** 1. Replace Attachment 2a. Updated SOW due to viewing restriction on previous version.

**Amendment 2:** 1. Offer due dates has changed to 14 Aug 2025 12pm CST 2. Updated SOW has been added along with map of G-6 Natural Gas Distribution System 3. Add Answers and Questions Amendment 1: Clarification of dates: Questions are due NLT 4 Aug. Offer are due 11 Aug 2025 12 pm CST. The Contractor shall survey, inspect, and test the natural gas pipeline that services Dyess AFB.

This service will include service lines from the main distribution to the meter, and all downstream piping to include all regulators, piping, valves, meters, pressure relief devices, expansion joints, flanges, fittings, and other appurtenances directly connected to and part of the natural gas distribution system. The total gas lines to be surveyed measure approximately 313,000 linear feet. The Contractor shall perform a natural gas survey of all 311-facility premises on Dyess AFB
