Validation that the vendor is registered under NAICS 334511 Questions on the Statement of Work and or requirement as a whole Interested firms are invited to submit a Statement of Capability (SOC) showing the company's ability to fulfill the requirements described above. If interested firms cannot provide the ability to meet the above requirements. Firms can provide alternate solutions for products equal in characteristics and performance capabilities.
