## Description

Dyess AFB, 7th Contracting Squadron intends to award a single source purchase order, in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b), Soliciting Competition, due to only one source being capable of providing supplies required at the level of quality required to be manufactured. Sources interested in responding to this notice may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, that includes technical data, cost information and the earliest possible delivery date, in sufficient detail that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet all specifications of the requirement.
