**Amendment 00001:** Extend the proposal due date to 06/27/2024 at 12:00 P.M. This is a solicitation for the Bowling Alley Party Room renovation Below are some important dates and inforamtion: Attached is the Statement of Work that details all work that needs to be completed for this requirment Attached is the Wage Determinations IAW 40 U.S.C. chapter 31, subchapter IV, Wage Rate Requirements (Construction), formerly known as the Davis-Bacon Act Attached is the applicable Clauses for this requirment A site visit will be held on 06/12/2024 at 02:00 P.M. CST Offerors will meet at the Visitor Control Center located off the Dyess AFB Main Gate Questions are due 06/14/2024 at 12:00 P.M. CST Proposals are due 06/24/2024 at 12:00 P.M. CST No Appropriated funds will be utalized for this contract
