## Description

This requirement is to remove a tree and stump inside of a courtyard on Dyess AFB in Abilene, TX. The tree will need to be removed in a manner to ensure that it does not grow back. The tree is approximately 31 feet high and approximately 2 feet wide. The tree and all limbs will need to be removed from the location. Soil will need to be placed and leveled to match existing soil in the courtyard. Must use herbicide from authorized list.
