## Description

Dyess AFB requires a one-time non-personal service contract to provide repainting of a KC-135A Stratotanker static display. The contractor shall provide all management, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other non-personal services necessary to repaint the static display.
