## Description

Metals Technology section requires critical maintenance and a geometry correction for the UMC 750 SS Machining Center CNC machine. Due to routine and constant use, parts such as the spindle motor has failed and other components wear and cause the machines to lose tight tolerance required during the manufacture of aircraft components.

**Additionally, the OMAX 60120 Waterjet Top Assy:** 9-Axis, A-JET is to be replaced due to Z axis and TX axis overload. This requirement is being solicited as a sole source from Phillips Federal Division. Phillips Federal Division is the sole provider authorized by the manufacturers to service HAAS and OMAX brand equipment. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency
