The contractor is to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials (other than those specified as furnished by the Government), and supervision necessary to perform Fire Protection and Emergency Services on a 24-hour 7 days a week basis, and in accordance with the performance work statement. A formal solicitation will be issued on or around 1 June 2026. The solicitation will result in a single, firm-fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded with a base period of 1 November 2026 - 31 October 2027, with four, twelve (12) month option periods to follow. The total period of performance, given all options exercised, will be 1 November 2026 - 31 October 2031. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561990, All Other Support Services, and the small business size standard is $16.5M. This acquisition will be solicited as a total small business set-aside. The requirement is subject to a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) in conjunction with the International Association of Firefighters, Local I-18. A formal RFP will be issued via sam.gov.
