This procurement is intended to be awarded as a sole source due to the Dakota Lanes Bowling Center is currently configured with 100% QAMF installed proprietary equipment, 1200W, 208-240 VAC, and single phase 50/60hz. The NAICS for this requirement is 339920 with a size standard of 750 Employees. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from A Single Source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government.
