## Description

Contractor shall provide mixed reality training software program that will provide military personnel an opportunity to increase their skills in areas such as emotional intelligence, empathetic communication, leadership skills, difficult conversations, and heightened emotional navigation. The training platform will develop authentic scenarios, train, and rehearse performers, provide simulation in a "Fail-Safe" facilitated environment, guide facilitation processes and debrief, as well as provide 24/7 global availability. 50 each, 1 hour sessions.
