The 319th Contracting Squadron, Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota, is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources to provide the following: There is the need for contractors to provide Hoods and Ducts Cleaning services to ensure that range-hoods and ducts are cleaned in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The contractor will ensure all hoods and ducts are properly cleaned according to the PWS. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 561790 – Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings NOTE: If you believe the above NAICS to be incorrect please suggest alternate NAICS for this acquisition. Contractor is required to provide all management and labor required for the operation and management of the required services. Include three past references with current contact information and contract number. If subcontracts are to be used, provide anticipated percentage of effort to be subcontracted and whether small or large businesses will be used. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Recent, relevant experience in all areas should be provided. Teaming and/or subcontracting arrangements should be clearly delineated and previous experience in teaming must be provided. The response must not exceed 5 pages.
