To meet this requirement, prospective contractors must conduct examinations according to the Performance Work Statement guidelines. The intent of this solicitation is to be a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Multiple awards may be generated from this solicitation action. Contractors must be located within the area of Grissom ARB to Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, South Bend, or Lafayette, Indiana and maintain business hours of Monday-Friday 0730-1600 (coinciding with GARB business hours). This contract will be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards. This is being solicited as Full & Open Competition for NAICS Code 621111, with a size standard of $16m. The award will result in a single or multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement.
