A sources sought was posted to SAM on 9 Aug 2023. FlightSafety International was the only business that responded to the sources sought and expressed interest in the acquisition for Malmstrom AFB. Due to the lack of an interested vendor pool the 341ST Contracting Squadron intends to award, on a sole-source basis to FlightSafety International. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice.
