The scope of work requires the Contractor to cut existing fence lines and install new gates in areas where property owners currently have wire over gates. Alternatively, the Contractor may be directed to temporarily cut the fence for access and repair it with a splice after the work party has proceeded through the right-of-way. All actions require the Contractor to install a fluorescent delineator coil and transfer any existing metal Government Number Tags to the new posts.
