## Description

Provide essential Long-Distance and Local Telecommunication Services (LDLTS) for Malmstrom Air Force Base. This service includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to deliver local "dial-tone" access and long-distance capabilities on a 24/7/365 basis.
