## Description

The 341st Contracting squadron awarded a sole-source contract to Skidcar System Inc. on June 25 2025 for the materials and technical assistance required to convert the 2008 Ford F-350 SkidCar System, currently in use at Malmstrom Air Force Base, into a 2014 Ford F-150 SkidCar System for continued use at Malmstrom Air Force Base. SkidCar System Inc. is the sole authorized dealer, maintenance provider, and service provider for Skid Car Equipment in the United States.

This authorization ensures the proper conversion and installation of the SkidCar kit to maintain system integrity. A reduction in authorized missile complex vehicle operators may pose a mission-critical risk to nuclear security. This conversion and installation is essential to ensure the 341st Missile Wing can properly maintain nuclear missile systems, a critical component of the base's overall strategic mission. This Award is to Skidcar System Inc UEI: PE7RZBJJCXU4 for the total Value of $11,262.00.
