## Description

The purpose of this requirement is to have a private third-party inspector conduct underground storage tank (UST) compliance inspections/testing (triennial and annual) and walkthrough checklists at Malmstrom Air Force Base (MAFB) facilities in the 10th, 12th and 490th Missile Squadrons (MS) and on base in accordance with ARM 17.56 Underground Storage Tanks Petroleum and Chemical Substances and MCA Title 75, Chapter 11 Underground Storage Tanks in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
