The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. Primary Requirement: This contract shall be a Requirements type contract on Malmstrom AFB. The contractors shall, except as specified in the individual requirement specifications, provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, and any incidental requirements/services necessary to successfully execute and complete each High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) project per the specifications or Statement of Work (SOW). Initial Task Order Project: Project consists of excavating existing direct bury underground HTHW service lines and replacing in their entirety. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about 28 May 2024. The Request for Proposal will close on or about 28 June 2024. The ordering period for this contract is five (5) years with a Winter Exclusion period estimated to be 15 November – 1 April of each calendar year. The Notice to Proceed (NTP) and period of performance (PoP) shall be determined at the issuance of each task order. There may be minimal restricted area access requirements. This acquisition is set aside for Total Small Businesses under the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010. The Request for Proposal will only be available via Electronic Transmission on System for Award Management (SAM) site (http://www. sam.gov).
