## Description

All labor, equipment, software, installation, andincidentals necessary to upgrade the existing Environmental Management Control System(EMCS) JACE Controllers to operate N4 version 4.13 or better. The contractor will ensure aconnection is made with the newly upgraded devices to the existing N4 Web Supervisor.Contractor shall build graphics, trends, histories, meter data, alarms, and Certificates for theN4 server and migrate all data from existing JACE controllers.
