Mid Mountain previously completed heat plant tube inspection and repair services at Malmstrom AFB in 2022 for three separate requirements and one tube repair in 2023. Consequently, Mid Mountain has on-site knowledge and expertise of Malmstrom's heat plant system and can complete this requirement in an expeditious manner. Until this requirement is awarded and complete, the heat plant is operating at 66% capacity. Delays on the repair will be incurred increasing the risk of possible Plant failure effecting 70 building heating systems. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made based on quotes or offers received in response to this notice.
