## Description

Amendment 3 - 18 Feb 2025 -Remove the Amendment 2 SF 30 attachment and replace with correct Amendment 2 SF 30 due to system error. End Amend 3.

Amendment 2 - 18 February 2025 - Incorporate clause FAR 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee, extension of offers due date to 20 Feb 25 at 2:00PM CT, and remove past performance questionnaire and CPARS verbiage from section L. See attachments for full documentation. Please review all documents for full solicitation details and instructions to offerors. End Amend 2.

The Contractor shall provide all services, materials, supplies, labor, studies, management, travel, and other resources in connection with the work described herein. This project is to execute a design-build project for removal of existing 1,312-ft (400-meter) outdoor track surface (2057) and replacement with a first-class, basemat with structural spray surface, including all necessary sub-structure and drainage to obtain long-life durability.
