## Description

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT FA462525Q1067 Whiteman AFB, Mo 65305 23 September 2025 Whiteman AFB intends to award as a sole source solicitation, in accordance with FAR 13.501(a) a contract for Flight Test Data Recorder for the 72nd Test Squadron. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515 and the small business size is 750 employees.

This requirement is for B-2A aircraft flight qualified pieces of equipment are only procurable from Safran Defense & Space, Inc. The flight qualified telemetry equipment requires identical replacement that were designed by and are exclusively sold and repaired by Safran Defense & Space, Inc. to support B-2A aircraft during airborne on-range data collection during critical B-2A airborne Force Development Evaluations.

B-2 compatible - Quantity: 4 This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting this requirement may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to provide the part required. Capability statements must be received by the response date and time of this notice.

Additional consideration will be given during the next same or similar requirement, regardless of when a response is given. Please send your capabilities statement, regardless of timeframe. Additional consideration shall be given to any small business who can demonstrate their ability to provide a competitive offer. Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirements.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award will be made on or after 26 September 2025. Intended awardee is Safran Defense & Space, Inc.
