## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA462524Q1086 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ.

The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05; Effective April 22, 2024. This is a full and open solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 324191 with a size standard of 900 Employees.

The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations is for the procurement, delivery, and services of Engine and Smoke Oil for the Wings Over Whiteman 2024 (WOW24) Air Show event occurring from Friday, 12 July 2024 to Sunday, 14 July 2024 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SoW) dated 14 June 2024.
