## Description

Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate attachment "FA462524Q1033 LTS Vendor Questions and Answers dated 12Feb2025". Please acknowledge receipt of this amendment.

The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase of Local Telecommunications Services (LTS), in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The service will require IP SIP trunk install and cutover prior to service beginning. This RFQ is solicited as full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 517111 with a size standard of 1,500 Employees.

This requirement will provide essential Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) and features supporting Whiteman AFB, MO. This Communication Service Authorization (CSA) will support the installation 24 hours a day/seven days a week/365 days a year (24/7/365). Migrate current Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) local exchange services to Internet Protocol (IP).

Provide a managed Voice over IP (VoIP) solution that provides inbound and outbound calling on a data network, giving long distance and international calling for all your sites globally and local calling for U.S. and Most of World (MoW) sites.
