## Description

Amendment 4, 14Feb24 RFQ close date has been extended to 1:00pm CST, 01 March 2024 to determine waste code classifications. Once Waste Codes are determined information will be added to this solicitation. END AMEND 4 Amendment 3, 01Feb24 RFQ close date has been extended to 8:00am CST, 15 February 2024 to determine waste code classifcations. END AMEND 3 Amendment 2, 24 Jan 24 Updated COMBO Evaluation Factor Paragraph to provide more clarification. Updated Attachment 1 to change verbiage from “SOW” to “PWS”. Updated Attachment 3 to reflect the most current Wage Determination. RFQ close date has been extended to 8:00am CST, 05 February 2024 to accommodate for these changes. END AMEND 2

Amendment 1, 11 Jan 23 Questions and Answers document is posted in Attachments/Links under "Attachment 9 Fact Finding Q and A". RFQ close date has been extended to 8:00am CST, 25 January 2023 to accommodate for recent delays due to inclement weather. END AMEND 1

The contractor shall clean the 25-meter range in accordance with guidance set forth in OSHA standard 29 CFR Parts 1910 and 1926, 49 CFR 100-199 and 261. In accordance with these guidelines, the contractor should use proper personal protective equipment (PPE), site security, clean up, decontamination procedures, medical monitoring and disposal of waste, hazardous waste spill and decontamination contingency plan and emergency procedures for their workers.
