## Description

FA462125Q0049 - MAFB Ballroom & Theater AV Refresh The 22 ARW and 22 FSS require audio/visual upgrades at the Base Theater and Dole Center Ballroom. See attached documents for details and quantities. Contract Award is subject to availability of funds. Site Visit will occur 8 September 2025 02:00-03:30pm CST at McConnell AFB. Questions are due 9 September 2025 at 10:00am to the listed POCs below. Provide a quote to A1C Mohammed A Diallo; mohammed.diallo@us.af.mil and 1st Lt Victoria Longava; victoria.longava.1@us.af.mil no later than 10:00 AM CST on 12 September 2025.

Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to change the site visit date from Wednesday, September 3, 2025 to Monday, September 8, 2025 and questions due the following day Tuesday, September 9, 2025.
