## Description

McConnell Air Force Base requires a Catholic Musician to support worship services and rehearsals, providing musical planning, coordination, and performance in alignment with the chapel’s needs. The contractor will equip and lead volunteer musicians, vocalists, and technicians, ensuring a diverse musical repertoire that meets traditional, liturgical, and contemporary worship styles.

All qualifications, duties, and responsibilities must adhere to the guidelines outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), with further evaluation details available in the Catholic Musician Evaluations document. The Offeror shall submit proposed pricing for all contract line item numbers identified in "Solicitation amendment FA462125Q00210002".

Technical Acceptance and Price Evaluation The Government will evaluate offers using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. The evaluation criteria are as follows:

**Technical Acceptance:** The technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government's requirements as outlined in the attached Statement of Work.

**Price:** The lowest price offered. Evaluation Process Offers will be evaluated based on technical approach, past performance, and pricing, with a primary focus on their ability to meet the solicitation's requirements efficiently and effectively. Offers will be evaluated in pairs, starting with the two lowest-priced offers received. This process will continue until two offers have been deemed technically acceptable. The offer with the lowest price among the technically acceptable ones will be selected for award.

The evaluation team will assess qualifications to ensure compliance with performance standards and operational needs. For further details, refer to the Catholic Musician Evaluation Factors, attachment 2.
