## Description

22d Operations Group (22 OG) has a requirement for Classified and Unclassified Video Teleconference (VTC) Equipment Installation. The requirement is to provide VTC systems capable of hosting classified and unclassified video teleconferences for two rooms in Building 1218. The project involves upgrading the VTC capabilities in the conference room (Room 212) to interface with both classified and unclassified teleconferences and installing secure VTC capabilities in Room 214, per Statement of Work (SOW).

Both systems must comply with the Global Video Services (GVS) VTC Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG). The Offeror shall submit proposed pricing for all contract line item numbers identified in "Solicitation - FA462125Q0005".

Questions All questions shall be submitted via email to Ms. Sugeys Allen at sugeys.allen.1@us.af.mil and A1C Fonseka at warnage.fonseka@us.af.mil, no later than 12:00 PM CST on 07 March 2025. Technical Acceptance and Price Evaluation The Government will evaluate offers using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. The evaluation criteria are as follows:

**Technical Acceptance:** The technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government's requirements as outlined in the attached Statement of Work.

**Price:** The lowest price offered. Evaluation Process Offers will be evaluated in pairs, starting with the two lowest-priced offers received. This process will continue until two offers have been deemed technically acceptable. The offer with the lowest price among the technically acceptable ones will be selected for award.

Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment was to extend offers due date from 28-Mar-25 at 5:00 PM CST to 09-Apr-25 at 5:00 PM CST. In addition, changes to FAR clause 52-212-5 IAW Class Deviation 2025-O0003 were implemented.
