## Description

In accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FY24-FA462124Q0058- 931 MXS Leadership Furniture is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 337211 with a size standard of 1,000 Emp. FA462124Q0058. Failure to quote on all CLINs in the solicitation may render the quote unacceptable and ineligible for award consideration.
