## Description

In accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FY24-FA462124Q0055 - Tire Changer, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 333310 with a size standard of 1,000 Emp. The subject RFQ number is:

FA462124Q0055. Failure to quote on all CLINs in the solicitation may render the quote unacceptable and ineligible for award consideration. If submitting an (OR EQUAL) offerors are to fill out the DESCRIPTION (OR EQUAL) blocks for each CLIN in the OR EQUAL table in the solicitation. All quotes should be good through 30 September 2024.
