## Description

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and materials to make necessary repairs to a Cooper High Voltage switch, serial #CP572004691 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.

Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions received from offerors and provide photos of the High Voltage Switch.

Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide offerers a One-Line Diagram of the High Voltage Switch. See Amendment 0002 for more details.

Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for quotes by 7 calendar days. The new due date for quotes is 1 April 2025 at 10:00 AM PT.

Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for quotes by 7 calendar days. The new due date for quotes is 8 April 2025 at 10:00 AM PT.

Amendment 0005 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for quotes by 7 calendar days. The new due date for quotes is 15 April 2025 at 10:00 AM PT.

Amendment 0006 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for quotes by 7 calendar days. The new due date for quotes is 22 April 2025 at 10:00 AM PT.

Amendment 0008 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for quotes by 10 calendar days. The new due date for quotes is 16 May 2025 at 10:00 AM PT.
