Fairchild AFB has a Brand Name requirement for Starlink mobile high-speed internet and associated accessories in accordance with Combo and attachment 1 Salient Characteristics. Amend 0001 The purpose of this Amendment is to:

1. Change the unit of measure in CLINS 0004, 1001, and 1002 from EACH to YEAR.
