## Description

The contractor shall furnish and install a playset in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (Rev. 01), Basis of Design (Statement of Work, Appendix A), and EPA Procurement Guidelines for Playground Equipment (Statement of Work, Appendix B).

Amendment 0001 The purpose of this Amendment is to:

1. Extend the due date for the receipt of proposals from 3:00 PM PDT 22 Aug 2024 to 3:00 PM PDT on 28 Aug 2024. This extension is to allow vendors to submit timely quotes and to promote competition.

2. Revise Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (Rev. 01) to include Appendix B, EPA Procurement Guidelines for Playground Equipment.

3. Include Attachment 3 - Requests for Information (RFI) and Government Responses.
