## Description

The contractor shall provide and deliver propane on an as needed/coordinated basis not to exceed (NTE) 70,000 gallons IAW the attached Statement of Work. The contractor shall only bill for quantities delivered.

Amendment 0001 The purpose of this Amendment is to:

1. Change 252.232-7006 Wide Area WorkFlow Payment Instructions to update the Pay Official DoDAAC from CRCARD to F87700 to change the payment method.

2.

Update 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Products and Commercial Services (May 2024), to include 52.232+-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-System for Award Management (Oct 2018), abd remove 52.232-36, Payment by Third Party (May 2014).

3. Extend the due date for offers by two (2) calendar days, from 26 August 2024 at 10 am PDT to 28 August 2024 at 10 am PDT.
