## Description

The contractor shall provide delivery and installation of Pelco Cameras System in Dorm Bldgs 2268, 2278, 2279, and in Warehouse Bldg 2045 in accordance with the attached Statment of Works. Please see attached COMBO and attachments for mor details.

**Amendment 0001:** The purpose of this Amendment is to Extend the RFQ due date from 3 September 2024 / 10:00 AM PT to 9 September 2024 / 10:00 AM PT. Please see attached SF30.

**Amendment 0002:** The purpose of this Amendment is to answer contractor questions and to extend the RFQ due date from 9 September 2024 / 10:00 AM PT to 12 September 2024 / 10:00 AM PT. Please see attached SF30 and amended attachments.

**Amendment 0003:** The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the RFQ due date from 12 September 2024 / 10:00 AM PT to 17 September 2024 / 10:00 AM PT. Please see attached SF30.

**Amendment 0004:** The purpose of this Amendment is to to correct and amend Building 2278 Statement of Work. Please see attached SF30 and amended attachment.

**Amendment 0005:** The purpose of this Amendment is to update the COMBO to include a pricing schedule (Attach. 6) and to update FAR provision 52.212-1. Please see attached SF30 and amended attachments.
