## Description

The contractor shall provide and deliver propane on an as needed/coordinated basis not to exceed (NTE) 35,000 gallons IAW the attached Statement of Work. The contractor shall only bill for quantities delivered. The purpose of amendment 0001 is to uncheck FAR 52.219-33, Non-Manufacturer Rule from within FAR 52.212-5 and provide answers to questions.
