## Description

This Sources Sought is for assessment of capabilities and market research purposes, for Recycle Center Management at F. E. Warren AFB, WY, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide all management, administrative support, supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, and other items or services necessary to manage the Base Recycle Center on F.E.

Warren (FEW) AFB, Wyoming in accordance with (IAW) applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations and this performance work statement (PWS). Referencing the FEW Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) Business Plan, the Contractor shall function as an integral team member in support of the FEW AFB mission, to include sharing of information with other FEW AFB contractors, and cooperation with communities, regulators, and other government entities.

Work shall comply with commercial standards as well as all federal, state, and local requirements. The Contractor shall be immediately capable of addressing and interpreting all aspects of environmental law and regulation with respect to managing recycle center operations. The desired outcomes are to minimize the amount of waste discarded in landfills, increase the percentage of waste that is recycled, and manage a break-even or better recycling program.
