Inspections must be done in accordance with OSHA and ANSI Federal Regulations. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The statutory authority which permits single-source for this acquisition is 41 United States Code (USC) 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This authority is supported by an approved Justification & Approval. It is the Government's intent to proceed with this single-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 811310. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $12,500,000. The anticipated award date is 24 October 2024.
