## Description

SOLICITATION FA461324R0005 The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide regular periodic inspection and maintenance and emergency repair for barriers at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, WY, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement dated 9 Apr 2024. Please review all attachments carefully. Post Site Visit Questions due: 11:00 am MST, next business day after the site visit. Proposal due: 26 April 2024 @ 2:00PM MST The purpose of Amendment 01 is as follows:

1. Include additional clauses not identified in the original solicitation.

2. Update CLIN X002 Over and Above to include a Trip Fee for Routine Call per CLIN Structure of each service year.

3. Update Attachment 1 - PWS_AVB Mx to Revision 01, dated 9 April 2024.

4. Add Attachment 7 for Questions and Answers as of 9 April 2024. List of Attachments: 1 - Performance Work Statement (9APR2024) 2 - Contractor Worksheet 3 - Mission Essential Contractor Service Plan 4 - WD 2015-5405 (Rv 21 26Dec23) 5 - Hazmat Auth Form and Tracker (Post Award only) 6 - AVB Specs Summary.
