Products Required: 88 Twin XL Bunkable Bedframes: Solid hardwood/hardwood veneer construction, durable institutional finish, tool-less/hook assembly, integrated wire spring support, designed to seat 38" x 80" mattresses. 88 Twin XL Innerspring Mattresses: Finished dimensions 38" x 80" x 8"–11", firm, reversible, heavy-duty innerspring coils with continuous border wire butt-welded for perimeter edge support, institutional fluid-proof/bedbug-resistant ticking, fully compliant with 16 CFR Part 1632 and 16 CFR Part 1633. Services & Facility Constraints: Inside Delivery & Assembly: Unloading, staging, full assembly, placement, and leveling across 44 rooms (two standalone, unbunked beds per room; rooms measure 8' x 8'). Complete removal and off-base disposal of all packing debris. De-Installation & Haul-Away: Dismantle, remove, and transport 44 existing Full XL bedframes and mattresses from Building 13135 to the base warehouse facility. Multi-Story Stairwell Access (No Elevators): Building 13135 has no passenger or freight elevators.
